Event Details:
Please arrive at Confederation High School, Ottawa, Canada. 1645 Woodroffe ( Right Beside The Nepean Sportsplex at Woodroffe & Hunt Club) for the instructional meeting in the Community Room . Here you will be assigned your station and rotation of breaks. Please feel free to let us know if you have a special request as to where you would like to work. You can email car@childrenatrisk.ca

9am opening of indoor events and Outdoor Kids/Family 1K run/walk
930am Outdoor 5K
10am Outdoor 10K
10am -1pm, Raffles, Shows, Silent Auction, Lunch by Funchboxes
Kids get passports to get stamped at various activity zones
