Welcome Exhibitors to Blast Off 2010!
Here are a few tips leading up to the day of the event Sat October 2, 9am-1pm
Date: Saturday October 2nd 9am-1pm
Location: Confederation Education Centre, 1645 Woodroffe Ave.
Parking: Free parking is available in the parking lot behind the school and the back lots of the adjacent Nepean Sportsplex. It is recommended to unload at the side entrance and then park in the back lots of the Nepean Sportsplex (do not park in front of the Nepean Sportsplex).
Set Up Time- Begins Friday October 1, 5pm-9pm.
Opening of Confederation Education Centre- Saturday 7am
Race Kit Bags- We are preparing 400 Race Kit Bags, if you wish to have promotional information or coupons included please email us at dr.joel@rogers.com and deliver to Optihealth by no later than September 7th, 2010 5pm.
Kids Loot Bags-We are preparing 300 Loot Bags, if you wish to have promotional information or coupons included please email us at car@childrenatrisk.ca and deliver to Children At Risk by no later than September 7th, 2010 5pm.
Silent Auction-We are hosting a silent auction , and are looking for prizes http://blastoffkids.ca/raffle-silent-auction/. To donate a prize please email us at car@childrenatrisk.ca and deliver to Children At Risk by no later than September 7th, 2010 5pm.
Raffle- We have a grand prize raffle of 2 West Jet Tickets ( anywhere West Jet Flies ) and a package built around Vancouver, Canada. We are only selling 2000 tickets so the chances are high. If you wish to assist in selling raffle tickets and or purchase any please contact car@childrenatrisk.ca or Children At Risk 613-741-8255.
Table- Your Table will be marked with your company name.
Chairs- 2 chairs provided per table.
Table Cloths- Table cloths that are green will be provided.
Gold Exhibitors- Your tables have been provided with logos on the kids passports in which they need to have signed when they come and visit your table and activity stations close by , so encourage more time to share your information with recipients.
Food and Drink- No food or drink allowed in the gym. Adjacent cafeteria room available for lunch.
Electrical- Is very limited and must be pre-purchased. For tables that have requested electrical please bring your own extension cords.
