Berry Smoothie:

1 cup fortified milk alternative

½ cup blended frozen berries

1tbsp honey or maple syrup

Blend well and enjoy!

Carob Nut Balls:

1 cup chopped nuts or for nut free rolled oats with 1/3 cup raisins

½ cup carob chips

1tbsp flours ( can be wheat free ie rice flour )

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Mix all ingredients and roll into balls or press flat into pan

Let sit in refrigerator for at least 3 hrs ( cut if in a pan ) and enjoy!
